Heartbeat Day!

Just got back from another doctor's appointment. This was the one where I got to hear the heartbeat for the first time. Mitch is away in Ottawa right now, so Quel came with me and videotaped it for Mitch.

After a few seconds (which seemed like hours) the doctor found the heartbeat. "It's a beautiful heartbeat" he said. Pretty amazing.

It is also reassuring to me. I have had a very easy pregnancy so far. No sickness and few symptoms. I am not even as tired as I used to be. When you don't feel pregnant sometimes you worry that maybe you're not. Well, turns out I am 100% pregnant! Wahoo!
